CRANBERRY GOSE BEER
Noda Brewing Co. of Charlotte enhances a traditional sour with cranberries.
STYLE – Gose
What the heck is a Gose?
Traditionally, a gose is a white beer seasoned with coriander and salt originating in northern Germany.
The Gose is a “sour” and thus should be rather tart and often very salty somewhat like ocean water.
BREWERY
Noda Brewing Company is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

REVIEW
APPEARANCE: deep amber color, cloudy and pours with a decent frothy head
ABV: 4%
AROMA: slightly fruity
TASTE: tart, light salt and hint of cranberry
MOUTHFEEL: tartness tingles just a bit, light bodied, carbonates well with clean finish
OVERALL IMPRESSION: I liked it. Nowhere near as salty a some goses and the cranberries make for a nice addition to add to the sourness.
